Report a Lost DEBIT Card

Please contact the The Peoples Bank Co. immediately so that the card’s status can be changed to lost or stolen. During normal business hours, please call 419-678-2385 or toll free 1-866-PBC BANK (722-2265). After normal business hours, please call 1-800-472-3272.

Report a Lost CREDIT Card

You can call the bank and ask for our Credit Card Department to report your card lost. You can also call the customer service number on your statement (1-800-423-7503) to directly report the lost card to the credit card company.

Manage Your Card Status

Mobile Banking customers can manage their Debit Card with our Mobile Banking App. 

You can set Controls and Alerts 
like Location Controls, Merchant Types, Transaction Types, and Spending Limits.

  1. Open the mobile banking app
  2. Click on My Cards
  3. Turn your Card Off 
  4. Select Report Lost or Stolen and call
